The accessible baseline.

A finished track produced through SCR's standard streaming pipeline:

• Lyrics drafted by Claude under Ralph's direction, refined through SCR's five-pass methodology (Pass 1 draft → Pass 1.5 metaphor variants → Pass 2 form compression → Pass 3 prompt construction).
• Instrumental bed generated by Suno under Ralph's prompt-and-curation direction (Premier-tier subscription; ownership assigned to SCR per Suno's March 2026 terms).
• Vocals either live-recorded by a SCR vocalist or synthesized via ElevenLabs Voice (Ralph-cloned and consented) — per-track basis, documented in the AUTHORLOG.
• Mixing by Ralph or contracted engineer; mastering via LANDR or Matchering (services, not authorship).
• C2PA manifest signed by Adobe Content Credentials and embedded in the audio file at distribution.
• AI-disclosure flag set on every platform that requires it (SoundCloud, Spotify, YouTube, TikTok — per the matrix in research/11).

T1 is the tier where AI-generated audio is in the master by design. We document it; we disclose it; we charge an accessible price for it.

A personal-use streaming license to a single SCR track. You may:

• Listen on any platform where SCR has distributed it (SoundCloud, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, etc.).
• Embed in personal social-media posts (TikTok, Instagram Reels, personal YouTube) provided you attribute SCR and the persona by name.
• Share the streaming link with friends, family, and your audience.
• Use the track as personal listening or in non-commercial contexts (personal vlog, family video, fan art).

What you are not buying:

• Sub-licensing rights (you cannot license the track onward to a third party).
• Commercial-use rights (no advertising, no brand campaign, no monetized commercial video, no sync-to-film).
• Stems or multitracks (T1 is master-file only).
• Exclusivity (the track remains in SCR's streaming catalogue for other listeners).
• Methodology access (the AUTHORLOG, prompts, stems, and underlying production are SCR-retained).

SCR retains the underlying copyright. You retain a personal streaming license that survives as long as the platforms host the track.

On the streaming platforms. Every T1 release carries an AI-generated disclosure flag where the platform requires it. You will see the AI label on SoundCloud, Spotify, TikTok, and YouTube. Apple Music has no formal flag; editorial discretion applies. None of this affects your ability to stream and share — it is an honesty signal, not a restriction.

In your own posts. If you reshare a T1 track in a TikTok or Instagram Reel, the platform may automatically apply an AI label to your post because the underlying track carries one. This is correct behavior and is not a problem for personal use. If you are a content creator with a commercial intent (sponsored post, brand collab), you need T2 not T1 — talk to us.

On copyright. SCR holds the recording copyright; the underlying composition (lyrics, arrangement) is co-authored by Ralph and SCR's production team under SCR's work-for-hire agreements. T1 does not transfer any portion of that copyright to you — you receive a license, not an assignment.

On the price. T1 is the accessible-but-not-cheap baseline. We do not race to the bottom on streaming pricing because we do not want the brand to read as a discount catalogue. The T1 price covers the production cost (Suno credits, ElevenLabs time, mastering, distribution fees) plus the doctrinal infrastructure (AUTHORLOG, C2PA signing, ToS monitoring, this trust framework) that makes the upstream tiers credible.

1. Attribute SCR by persona name if you reshare the track publicly. The persona register is published; the persona name (Alpacas in Ibiza, Whisper, Frequency, Monsters, Untitled, Luna, R.O.C, Ralph Behnke, Restorative) is what carries the brand and what algorithmically routes attention back to us.
2. Respect the personal-use scope. If your use shifts toward commercial (sponsored content, brand collab, sync to a paid project), pause and talk to us — we will route you to T2 or T3 with the right paperwork.
3. Do not strip the AI-disclosure flag when reposting. The flag is part of the upstream commitment we make to the platforms; if you remove it, you create a discrepancy that can blow back on both of us.
4. Keep the C2PA manifest intact. If you download the file (where SCR offers a download), the signed manifest stays with the file. Do not re-export through tools that strip metadata if your intent is to preserve the SCR provenance.
